The Role:
- Run your own caseload of residential and commercial property disputes, including: right to manage & enfranchisement (especially large blocks), lease extensions, boundary disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, adverse possession, dilapidations, break notices.
- Provide high-quality advice and representation, delivering practical, client-focused solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development: networking, marketing, and generating referrals — helping to grow and sustain the department’s success.
Who We’re Looking For:
- An experienced property-litigation solicitor, capable of managing your own matters with suitable supervision.
- Strong in the technical aspects of property litigation — particularly RTM/enfranchisement, leasehold issues, disputes over boundaries, landlord/tenant matters etc.
- Excellent communicator: able to engage with clients, counsel, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- A client-first approach and desire to build long-term relationships.
