An opportunity for a Lawyer to join a health and care regulatory body as a Fitness to Practise Investigator. This is a brand-new role, to join their frontloaded investigation case holding team. The role will be a blend of case holding and supervisory work, managing a small team of two Paralegals and a Legal Assistant.
Interested candidates must hold a current practising certificate as a Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx Lawyer and have several years’ experience, ideally within regulation and/or fitness to practise (professional and/or healthcare).
If you are interested in managing a small team (and receiving ongoing training and professional development), overseeing new cases from triage through to completion and contributing to policies and guidance in relation to case investigation, this could be the role for you.
Salary is between £55,000-£65,000 (dependent on experience) and requires 1-2 days a week in the office (London).
