This highly dynamic and entrepreneurial City law firm has a new opportunity at Senior Associate/Legal Director level to join its successful Corporate Tech team. The position is created from growth and high levels of workflow in this practice which is firmly established and rising in the legal directories for its VC / Emerging companies advisory work and tech focussed M&A deals.
The requirement is for a corporate associate with at least 5/6 years’ pqe (upwards) who can run with matters with light touch partner supervision. The varied clients include high growth start-ups, venture capitalists and investors who require legal guidance from start up through to exit and technology businesses on merger buy and sell side.
The successful candidate must have some exposure to relevant work though may currently do a blend of corporate work but wish to focus on technology and VC. They must be confident of running transactions, client engagement, business development and giving support and advice to junior associates.
