We’re Recruiting: 3 Conveyancers – Residential & Commercial Property

Location: East London

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Are you a motivated conveyancer looking to join a busy, supportive, and well-established high street firm with a strong local reputation? We are expanding our Property Department and are seeking three talented Conveyancers to handle a varied caseload of residential (80 %) and commercial (20 %) property matters.

About the Firm

Based in East London, we are a long-standing practice known for providing high-quality, personal legal services to both private and commercial clients. Our Property team is friendly, professional, and growing – offering an excellent environment for lawyers who value client contact, autonomy, and teamwork.

The Role

  • You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
    • Freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
    • Commercial property transactions such as leases, sales, and purchases.
    • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth progress.
    • Ensuring compliance with SRA, AML, and data protection standards.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (NQ–3+ PQE).
  • Experience handling residential and/or commercial property transactions.
  • Strong communication, client care, and organisational skills.
  • Confident with case management systems and digital conveyancing tools.
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
