An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven Associate to join a well-known UK firm in its highly ranked Commercial Property practice. The team provides advice to a variety of clients, including private and commercial investors, large commercial, residential, and mixed-use developers, institutional landlords, corporate tenants, and asset managers, amongst others.
The team works with both commercial and residential property developers on a range of matters, including:
- Site acquisitions and disposals
- Investment
- Development
- Landlord and tenant work
- Affordable housing and BTR disposals
- Estate management
- Property finance
Experience required:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Between 1-3 years PQE in a leading commercial property team
- Site acquisitions for commercial, residential, and mixed-use development
- Acting for developers (both Plc and private)
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
