Overview
LAW Absolute is recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority based in Sheffield for a Locum Childcare Lawyer on a temporary basis, to cover the role pending permanent recruitment.
You will provide advice and representation on all aspects of childcare law, conducting advocacy before the courts and tribunals as necessary.
The council is looking for a locum childcare lawyer with previous local government experience.
Qualifications
To apply you will be:
- An England and Wales qualified solicitor, barrister, or CILEX lawyer
- Able to demonstrate previous experience within childcare law from a local government environment
- Able to attend the office and/or court in the Sheffield area as necessary on a hybrid-working basis
- Available on no more than a 4-week notice period
Salary
The salary for this role will be £40-£50/hour umbrella, depending on experience.
