A new opportunity has arisen in a leading ECM practice for a senior corporate lawyer with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Takeover Code. The role will entail providing guidance on the Takeover Code, working with the knowledge team to build precedents and knowhow, advising clients and providing specialist support to the team’s ECM lawyers throughout deals around interpretation of Code rules, drafting submissions to the panel and providing detailed advice on complex points around situations such as hostile takeover.

The ideal candidate will be a senior corporate lawyer with extensive experience in Capital Markets and deep knowledge of the Takeover Code and, ideally, have completed a secondment at the Takeover Panel. This is a super opportunity to join a high performing and very collegiate team. The firm will happily offer significant flexibility on working patterns.
