The leading Global law firm is working with LAW Absolute. Their general Banking and Finance team require an experienced banking and Finance Lawyer to join them for a fixed term contract, with a view to go permanent.
The team deals with general banking and leveraged finance matters, acting for banks, private equity funds, and other financial institutions in relation to general banking and leveraged finance transactions.
You will ideally have general banking experience, as well as further experience in leverage and acquisition finance. Further experience in European cross-border deals is also desirable but not necessary.
