You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a mix of sale and purchase transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience. Each transaction is managed by a dedicated conveyancer, with technology designed to remove administrative burden and allow legal professionals to focus on client care and technical legal work.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Handling a mix of freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions
- Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong communication throughout the transaction
- Working collaboratively with mortgage referral partners and other stakeholders
- Utilising modern legal technology and AI-enabled systems to improve efficiency and streamline processes
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the business
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with residential conveyancing experience
- Open to candidates from both high street and volume conveyancing backgrounds
- NQ level and above considered
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Comfortable working within a technology-enabled environment
