A highly regarded Legal 500-ranked law firm is looking to recruit a talented Property Litigation Solicitor (3–4 PQE) to join its established and growing disputes team. This is an opportunity to join a practice known for its commercial, solution-driven approach to property disputes, acting for a broad client base including landlords, tenants, developers, investors and private individuals. You will work on a varied caseload spanning both residential and commercial property disputes, including:
- Landlord & tenant matters
- Boundary and neighbour disputes
- Rights of way and easements
- Dilapidations and forfeiture
- Co-ownership and TOLATA claims
- Professional negligence relating to property
