An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a well-known UK firm in its highly ranked banking and finance team. The team advises on the whole range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, structured finance, real estate finance and securitisations, Islamic finance, debt financing and insolvency and restructuring.
Experience required:
- Qualified in England and Wales or Common Law jurisdiction
- Strong academics.
- A background in a recognised banking and finance practice.
- Ability to provide practical, clear advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree
