Banking & Finance – Senior Associate
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Banking & Finance Lawyer to join a busy and growing Banking team. The role offers exposure to a wide variety of transactions and clients and working with the Restructuring, Corporate and Real Estate practices.
The role offers breadth and complexity of work and the opportunity to lead on finance transactions for borrower and lender clients across acquisition, real estate, asset‑based finance and LMA corporate lending.
We are looking for a finance lawyer who is currently with a well‑regarded banking practice and has upwards of 4‑5 PQE. The successful candidate will be confident working with lenders, borrowers and sponsors and have broad corporate finance transactional experience. They will enjoy mentoring juniors and excel at client engagement and business development activity.
This is a super opportunity to join a dynamic City firm which is in an exciting growth trajectory. Whilst comparatively small to mid‑sized, this law firm often operates in the same space as US and elite global law firms and excels in the legal rankings for multiple practices.
