Leverage Finance Lawyer – 6+ Month Contract | Prestigious Silver Circle Firm | London
LAW Absolute is partnering with a prestigious Silver Circle law firm seeking an exceptional Leverage Finance Lawyer to join their highly ranked Banking & Finance team on a 6-month contract, with strong potential for extension.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad, high-calibre finance practice working on market-leading matters across the full spectrum of leveraged and acquisition finance, corporate lending, and debt restructurings. The firm’s client base includes top-tier investment banks, private equity houses, institutional lenders, and corporate borrowers.
You will work on:
- Leveraged acquisition finance and sponsor-backed deals
- Bilateral and syndicated lending, investment grade and sub-investment grade
- Debt restructurings and special situations
- Cross-border financings and complex capital structures
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience in banking and finance, with a strong emphasis on leveraged finance
- Experience gained at a leading City, Silver Circle, or international law firm
- Strong deal management skills and the ability to hit the ground running
- Immediate or short notice availability
You will be joining a collaborative, supportive and commercially astute team within a global platform, offering exposure to headline transactions and sophisticated clients.

Duration: 6 months (with strong likelihood of extension)
