Associate Solicitor – Agricultural Property (Non-Contentious)

I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-respected, Top 200 legal practice seeking an Associate to join their non-contentious Agricultural Property team. This is a brilliant opportunity to work with seasoned experts in a role combining high-quality work, client exposure, and professional development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting for farming families, landed estates, and agri-businesses
  • Advising on estate planning, succession, and restructuring related to agricultural property
  • Handling farm sales and purchases
  • Dealing with estate management and agricultural tenancy matters (e.g. AHA, FBT)
  • Supporting rural diversification and commercial ventures on agricultural land
  • Building long-term client relationships through clear, practical, and timely advice

About you:

  • A solicitor with 3+ years PQE in non-contentious rural/agricultural property work (or relevant experience)
