Overview

A local authority shared service based in London is seeking an Adult & Education Lawyer for an initial period of three months.

Responsibilities

  • Education, Health & Care Plans for SEN children
  • SENDIST Tribunal expertise
  • Advising on funded special school transport matters
  • Experience with DOLs and Court of Protection for Adults

This is a mixed caseload and therefore you will need to provide advice in both areas.

Requirements

  • Current practising certificate to be considered for the role
  • Previous local government experience would be highly advantageous

Salary: £40-55 per hour DOE
