Job Description
Opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer to join a Government Department for a 6-month contract. The role is fully remote, although there may be occasional travel to Swindon.
\n The role will involve providing legal advice on a wide range of projects and IP work. You will draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts, grants, collaboration and R&D agreements and other legal agreements with external parties, including universities, other government bodies and public sector companies.
\n To be considered, you should be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive with a current practicing certificate and have previous experience within commercial law, ideally from a public sector or similar organisation.
\n The role offers a day rate of £488 Umbrella or £347.67 + holiday PAYE.
