Leading City law firm has a new opportunity for a Knowledge Lawyer to support its excellent Private Equity practice.

Corporate PE Associates keen to pivot from a fee-earning role are extremely welcome to apply; it is likely candidates will have at least 5 years’ PQE as a corporate private equity lawyer in a highly banded top tier corporate practice. It is essential to possess great presentation and communication skills in order to deliver clear and concise guidance to stakeholders, support in business development and excellent technical skills in private equity transactions.

The role entails technical development of Associates, precedent and know-how training/management, producing legal updates, ensuring knowledge sharing across the practice and firm and deep involvement in legal tech, AI tools and document automation.
