Job Description A highly regarded London law firm is seeking an experienced and astute Residential Real Estate Solicitor to join its market-leading team on an interim basis, ideally as soon as possible through to Christmas.
Working closely with two highly regarded partners, you will support on a varied and high-quality caseload for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, international clients, family offices and other private clients with significant UK property interests.
Freehold and leasehold transactions, including particularly high-value assets
Working alongside private client advisers and other professional advisers where required
Someone who is technically excellent, commercially astute and exceptionally detail-oriented, with a strong background in residential real estate.
The ability to manage sophisticated transactions with minimal supervision
You will be working directly alongside leading partners on genuinely high-quality work, with the opportunity to become immersed in a sophisticated private client and residential real estate practice.
The role offers an unusually strong combination of quality of work, calibre of client and partner exposure, making it particularly attractive to someone who wants a high-quality interim position rather than a conventional volume residential conveyancing role.
