Residential Real Estate Solicitor

Job Description A highly regarded London law firm is seeking an experienced and astute Residential Real Estate Solicitor to join its market-leading team on an interim basis, ideally as soon as possible through to Christmas. /n This is a particularly interesting opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys working at the sophisticated end of the residential property market and wants exposure to high-value, complex and often international residential transactions. /n Working closely with two highly regarded partners, you will support on a varied and high-quality caseload for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, international clients, family offices and other private clients with significant UK property interests. /n /n The work will include: /n • Prime and super-prime residential acquisitions and disposals /n • High-value residential property transactions /n • Complex and often international property structures /n • Advising internationally based clients with UK residential property interests /n • Freehold and leasehold transactions, including particularly high-value assets /n • Working alongside private client advisers and other professional advisers where required /n • Managing transactions from inception through to completion with a high degree of autonomy /n /n The ideal candidate: /n Someone who is technically excellent, commercially astute and exceptionally detail-oriented, with a strong background in residential real estate. /n You will ideally have: /n • Strong experience handling prime/high-value residential transactions /n • Experience acting for UHNW individuals and/or international clients /n • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills /n • The ability to manage sophisticated transactions with minimal supervision /n • A calm, polished and highly professional approach to client service /n • Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate issues before they arise /n This would suit someone who is used to operating at the very high end of the market and understands the level of discretion, responsiveness and attention to detail expected by UHNW clients. /n You will be working directly alongside leading partners on genuinely high-quality work, with the opportunity to become immersed in a sophisticated private client and residential real estate practice. /n The role offers an unusually strong combination of quality of work, calibre of client and partner exposure, making it particularly attractive to someone who wants a high-quality interim position rather than a conventional volume residential conveyancing role. /n For a confidential discussion and further details, please get in touch with me.
