Real Estate Finance Senior Associate/Legal Director

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven Senior Associate or Legal Director to join a well‑known UK firm in its highly ranked Property Finance practice. The team supports a variety of clients, including landowners and private individuals, international property developers, property investment companies and funds, major financial institutions, challenger banks, mezzanine lenders, and building societies. The team advises on restructuring portfolios, securing development financing, refinancing and equity release for acquisitions, structuring funds to attract investors, and maximising tax efficiency.

Experience required:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Be at least 5 years PQE within a leading property finance team.
• Extensive experience in real estate finance, ideally gained at a leading international, national, or highly regarded City law firm.
• Strong technical expertise across a wide range of financing structures and transactions.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
