Private Client Solicitor — Private Practice

A well-known UK law firm is looking to recruit a Private Client Associate with 2–4 years' PQE to join its established Private Client practice in London. The team advises on a broad range of private client matters, including estate and succession planning, trusts, personal taxation and estate administration. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced lawyers on a range of private client matters, including: Providing advice on inheritance tax and other personal tax planning matters. Assisting with cross-border private client matters and international estate planning. Advising on lasting powers of attorney and related matters. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other professional advisers. A qualified solicitor with 2–4 years' PQE in Private Client. Solid experience in wills, trusts, probate and estate planning. Good understanding of inheritance tax and personal tax considerations. A proactive and collaborative approach, with an interest in further developing their private client expertise. Experience in international private client matters or more complex tax planning would be advantageous but is not essential. This position offers the opportunity to join an established Private Client team within a well-known UK firm, working on a broad range of advisory and estate administration matters.
