A renowned media organisation is seeking an experienced Practice Manager who has experience in company secretarial (CoSec) work and a legal background to lead corporate governance and legal operations. You will be the go-to professional for governance, compliance, and risk management, ensuring the legal team runs efficiently while providing practical, commercial advice across the business. Experience within the media industry is required. London based, hybrid working £70,000-80,000 per annum.
The Role
- Oversee corporate filings, committees, and compliance registers.
- Manage the legal team’s workflow and provide governance support.
- Work closely with stakeholders to streamline processes and reduce risk.
Ideal Candidate
- At least 10 years’ experience in corporate governance or legal operations, with prior experience in media and entertainment.
- Qualified Company Secretary (ICSA) or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
- Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded.
