The predicted salary is between 25 - 35 £ per hour.

A local authority based in Kent is seeking a Planning Lawyer for an initial period of 3 months.

The successful Planning Lawyer will be required to work with minimal supervision on S.106 agreements, Deeds of Modification and similar work. Strong drafting and negotiation skills are essential. Experience in planning enforcement would be advantageous but not essential.

The role is available due to the current lawyer being on long term sick leave.

Pay rate for the role is: PAYE £32.10 / LTD £41.92.
