A high-profile, globally recognised fashion brand is looking to bring in an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to provide hands-on support across a wide range of commercial and strategic legal matters. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a creative, fast-moving environment where you’ll work closely with the legal director and have access to a broad range of commercial matters.
The Role:
- Act as a trusted adviser to teams across the business, taking ownership of a varied and impactful workload, including:
- Providing day-to-day legal guidance across commercial contracts, data protection, AI/technology, IP and brand protection, and general commercial matters
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
- Advising on marketing, e-commerce and digital initiatives including campaigns, online terms, consumer policies, and content clearance
- Supporting risk management, compliance projects, and internal policy development
- Partnering closely with stakeholders to balance commercial ambitions with regulatory and legal considerations
- Navigating a diverse range of business issues in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting
About You:
- 5 years PQE, ideally trained in private practice with in-house experience within fashion, retail, luxury, or other consumer-facing sectors
- Strong grounding in commercial contracts, corporate/commercial matters, data/privacy, technology, and IP/brand protection
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work autonomously at pace
- A genuine interest in fashion and the ability to blend legal expertise with creative and commercial insight
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to influence and partner effectively with non-legal teams
Salary: £70,000.00- £90,000.00
Can be fully Remote or London based 6-month FTC (potential to convert to permanent) Full-time 5 days per week or Part-time (3–4 days per week)
