An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Senior Associate to join a global firm’s top-tier Employment team. The team has a strong focus on dispute resolution and litigation, regularly representing employers across the financial services, professional services and insurance sectors. It is frequently involved in high-profile team moves, restrictive covenant disputes and internal investigations, and is well placed to advise on trade union matters.
Experience required:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- At least 5 years’ PQE in employment law gained at a leading City firm
- Proven experience advising on the full spectrum of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious
- A strong track record of managing Employment Tribunal litigation from inception to conclusion, including complex multi-day hearings
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
