Responsibilities
- Our client is leading on a programme of national significance and requires a commercial lawyer to advise on a wide range of commercial deals.
- You will lead and manage the provision of legal advice in connection with corporate procurement and contract management.
- You will be the main point of contact for extremely high value procurements and lead on all aspects of commercial law relevant to the design, build and operation of a nationwide project.
Qualifications
- To be considered, you must have extensive commercial legal experience dealing with construction or infrastructure projects from in‑house or practice.
- You will be involved in high value public sector procurement exercises and be the main point of contact for advice on GDPR and DPA queries.
Location & Working
- You will be based in the central London office three days per week, with the option for home working for the remainder.
