An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven junior lawyer to join a well-known UK firm in its highly regarded Real Estate practice. The team advises international and UK-based investors and developers on transactions across the UK, spanning a wide range of sectors including offices, residential, hotel and leisure, urban estates, mixed-use, industrial, and agricultural.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant and asset management work, development projects, investment acquisitions and disposals, and the real estate aspects of property finance for both borrowers and lenders.

Experience required:

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction.
  • 2–3 years’ PQE within a leading Real Estate practice.
  • Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
