Calling all Master of Laws (LL.
M.) / Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PGDL) graduates with an interest in publishing and writing.
We are working with a renowned multimodal media company seeking an Editorial Assistant to support their editorial teams in the creation, publication, and presentation of content.
This role also involves providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the team.
This is a 6-month temporary position.
Hybrid working, London (one day onsite, four days from home).

Responsibilities: Develop, code, and publish content assets, ensuring they display correctly online.
Proofread content to correct typographical errors and fix broken links.
Assist in gathering and compiling information for current awareness content, emails, and alerts.
Create and publish email containers and alerts for current awareness.
Review document templates for proper rendering and resolve template usage issues.
Write and edit content where legal expertise is not required.
Maintain online lists of resources such as trackers, new content lists, and provisional publishing schedules.
Conduct research where legal expertise is not required.
Identify content needing periodic review and ensure the review process is completed.
Assist in organising customer, training, networking, and other events.
Compile business intelligence data reports, as well as other reports and spreadsheets.
Required Skills and
Experience: Previous experience in a legal or publishing environment.
Experience using technology to create and disseminate online content.
Must hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PGDL) or LL.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Excellent proofreading abilities.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficiency in online searching.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience meeting deadlines and managing your own workload.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
