We are working with a technology and AI company looking for a Legal Counsel to support on a 3-month initial contract. London, hybrid working.
The Role:
- Provide legal support to a technology‑led business delivering advanced software and AI‑enabled solutions
- Advise on commercial, technology and software licence agreements
- Support procurement and contracting activities with regulated or public sector counterparties
- Provide guidance on IP, data protection and regulatory considerations affecting emerging technologies
- Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to enable compliant product development
- Support corporate, governance and cross‑border legal matters
Ideal Candidate:
- England & Wales qualified lawyer with 3 years PQE
- Background in technology, software, or data‑driven environments
- Experience advising on procurement or regulated contracting frameworks
- Practical understanding of IP and data protection issues
- Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
