Executive agency seeks a Property Counsel for a high profile ongoing project. The agency is leading on a programme of national significance and requires a property lawyer to advise on a wide range of commercial deals. You will provide a full range of property advice to internal stakeholders, including the below:
- Acquisition and disposal of high value commercial, residential and agricultural properties
- Granting and taking leasehold interests
- L&T matters
You will be based in the central London office three days per week, with the option for home working for the remainder. The role offers an excellent pension and a 20% benefits package.
