A leading funds team at a top-tier US firm is seeking an experienced Funds Associate to join on a 6-month fixed-term contract starting ASAP. The role involves hands-on support across private credit fund formation and operations, including drafting, negotiating fund documentation, and working closely with sponsors and investors.
