There is a new opportunity with a US law firm in London for a Corporate Associate who will have at least 5 years’ PQE in corporate transactional work with a global corporate practice. The exciting work will include a broad blend of Private Equity and private M&A and a smaller element of public M&A and JV work.

The work and team is international and there will be a high level of interaction with the firm’s teams in the US and Middle East. This opportunity requires a confident Corporate Associate who is capable of running matters with a high level of autonomy, interaction with clients and involvement in business development.
