The Role: Reporting into senior leadership, you will act as a trusted legal advisor across the business. This is a broad and commercially focused position, covering: Commercial contracts and strategic partnerships Property and real estate matters across retail portfolios Data protection and privacy compliance Corporate governance and regulatory frameworks M&A transactions and corporate structuring Intellectual Property protection and brand safeguarding Employment law advice General compliance and risk management You will play a key role in shaping legal strategy while ensuring the business operates within a robust legal and regulatory framework.
