A well-established sports and entertainment organisation is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their in-house legal team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The role is based in the East Midlands (hybrid working).
Start date: July 2026
Salary: £30,000 per annum
The Role:
- Work closely with commercial, marketing, and operational teams across a broad range of business activities
- Draft and review a variety of commercial agreements, including sponsorship, licensing, media, and supplier contracts
- Maintain and update standard contract templates, terms, and internal legal documentation
- Support on intellectual property matters, including brand usage and licensing arrangements
- Assist with data protection and privacy compliance, including responding to queries and supporting internal processes
- Provide support on regulatory, governance, and dispute-related matters as required
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a paralegal within a commercial or in-house legal environment (this role is not suited to entry-level candidates)
- Strong experience reviewing and drafting commercial contracts
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Commercial, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels of the business
