Job Description
A global law firm has a new opportunity for an experienced Corporate ECM lawyer to join them on an interim basis to cover substantial workload / deal flow.
The firm has a highly ranked team that specialises in floating and raising capital, IPOs, domestic and cross border M&A transactions, including public takeovers.
They would love to hear from Capital Markets lawyers with upwards of 5 years’ PQE in ECM corporate transactions, gained in the UK market.
Candidates must have in depth experience of Public M&A and Takeover Code matters.
This is an interim requirement to start this summer and work until the new year.
