A leading international luxury business operating in the superyacht sector, serving high‑net‑worth clients around the world is seeking a Senior Lawyer to support the team on a six‑month fixed‑term basis.
Working closely with the CEO, Board, and senior leadership team, you will provide strategic legal advice across a broad range of complex, cross‑border matters, ensuring continued operational stability and regulatory compliance.
The Role
- Acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders on legal and commercial matters
- Leading on global risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (including AML/KYC, sanctions, and data protection)
- Advising on high‑value, complex commercial transactions and contract negotiations
- Overseeing the legal function and supporting wider business operations
- Managing external counsel and ongoing legal matters
About You
- England & Wales qualified lawyer, 10+ years PQE
- Ideally experience within the maritime, shipping or superyacht sector
- Experience dealing with ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients
- Proven in‑house leadership experience
- Must be immediately available
