Opportunity for an Employment Lawyer to join a health organisation for an initial 6 months to support with Employment Tribunal claims and employment disputes from start to finish. You will oversee initial case assessments, ET3s, disclosure, witness statements, bundles and hearing preparation. Candidates must have hands-on experience of running Employment Tribunal claims, from ET1 to final hearing (advocacy/representation not required). Experience of NHS or public sector is highly desirable. This role is offering fully remote working, but with access to a local office if nearby and desired. A daily rate of £190-£217 holiday pay (PAYE) or £250-£284 (Umbrella) depending on experience. Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
