An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Construction lawyer with at least one year’s PQE to join a well-known UK firm within its highly regarded Construction team. The team is well regarded for its work across real estate, housing and accommodation, property investment, commercial property, education, healthcare, sustainability, renewables and large-scale development projects.

The successful candidate will join a specialist Projects, Development & Construction team advising on a broad range of predominantly non-contentious construction matters. The work will include:

  • Drafting and negotiating construction, development and project documentation
  • Advising on procurement and contracting strategies
  • Supporting clients on complex development and infrastructure projects

Experience required:

  • Qualified in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction
  • At least one year’s PQE
  • Experience within a construction or housing practice
  • Strong experience in non-contentious construction work
  • Experience in commercial or housing development work would also be advantageous
  • Ability to provide clear, practical advice
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
