We are currently working with a leading international retail and foodservice business seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their legal team on an initial 6-month engagement, with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
- Advising on supplier and vendor contracts
- Supporting on customer/commercial terms and conditions
- Handling services and procurement agreements
- Managing contract novations and amendments
- Working closely with internal stakeholders across the business
- Providing pragmatic, commercial legal advice in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial contracts within an in-house or private practice setting
- Strong understanding of procurement and supplier arrangements
- Ability to operate independently and manage a varied workload
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working at pace in a dynamic environment
