We are currently working with a leading international retail and foodservice business seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their legal team on an initial 6-month engagement, with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
  • Advising on supplier and vendor contracts
  • Supporting on customer/commercial terms and conditions
  • Handling services and procurement agreements
  • Managing contract novations and amendments
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders across the business
  • Providing pragmatic, commercial legal advice in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial contracts within an in-house or private practice setting
  • Strong understanding of procurement and supplier arrangements
  • Ability to operate independently and manage a varied workload
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working at pace in a dynamic environment
