Job Description
A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced funds lawyer to join its highly regarded private and credit funds practice on an initial 3–6 month FTC, starting as soon as possible.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a senior partner within a sophisticated funds practice, supporting on a broad and high-quality mix of private funds, credit funds and investment structuring matters. The role will offer genuine exposure to complex transactions and a diverse client base, with the opportunity to become an integral part of the team from day one.
\n
The work will span a range of fund strategies and structures, including real estate, infrastructure, private equity, private debt, funds of funds, direct lending, Luxembourg funds and bespoke CLO structures, alongside fund formation, investments, structuring and other bespoke funds-related transactions.
\n
The successful candidate will be 5+ PQE with strong funds experience, ideally gained within a leading international, US or UK heavyweight firm. You will be comfortable handling sophisticated matters and working at pace, with the technical ability and commercial judgement to provide immediate support to a busy partner and team.
