We are recruiting on behalf of a Top 500, Legal 500-ranked law firm based in Farnborough, offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor / Fee Earner to join their award-winning Corporate & Commercial team.
This is a firm recognised for its ambitious growth, collaborative culture, and commitment to excellence, working with a wide range of clients, from international listed companies and privately owned businesses to venture capital, private equity, and high-net-worth individuals. Many matters are cross-border, providing exposure to complex, high-value corporate transactions.
The Role:
- You will play a key role in the firm’s corporate practice, advising on:
- Mergers & acquisitions, exits, equity investments, and debt investments
- Asset purchases and sales, including drafting ancillary documentation
- Business disposals, due diligence, and completion processes
- Share purchase agreements, disclosure letters, articles of association, and shareholders’ agreements
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and trainees
- Support business development initiatives and client growth projects
- Lead on transactions where appropriate, showcasing both technical expertise and commercial awareness
