Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Competition lawyer with 2–4 years’ PQE to join a leading international law firm. The team advises on a broad range of complex UK and EU competition matters, including merger control, foreign direct investment and National Security and Investment Act issues, competition investigations, market studies and investigations, distribution and licensing arrangements, subsidy control and State aid, as well as trade, customs and sanctions matters.

Experience required:

- Qualified in England & Wales
- 2–4 years’ PQE experience within a leading Competition practice
- Strong experience advising on significant UK and/or EU competition law matters.
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
