Job Description A US law firm in London is growing its corporate private equity practice and offering a new opportunity for an outstanding corporate associate at the junior to mid-level, around 1- 4 PQE . \n Work will include high value and complex sponsor side transactions to include leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, mergers, acquisitions, growth investments and restructures. The firm wins work across all sectors with a focus on technology and life sciences. \n The team would love to receive applications from corporate associates at leading Private Equity practices, ideally looking for their first career move post qualification. The firm is a well-recognised and a leading US firm but, whilst hours will often be intense, it offers a supportive environment and culture led by partners invested in Associates’ professional development.
