We are looking for an ambitious disputes lawyer to join the banking litigation practice of a well-known UK firm in London. The team advises on a broad range of matters, including financial markets disputes, fraud, commercial arbitration, and company and shareholder disputes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an England & Wales qualified lawyer with 3–5 years’ PQE to build a long-term career within a strong disputes practice.
The successful candidate will work across a range of commercial and banking disputes, with exposure to complex, high-value and often multi-jurisdictional matters. The work is varied, challenging and rewarding, offering meaningful responsibility alongside close support from partners and senior lawyers.
The firm is looking for an associate with strong disputes experience and a genuine interest in developing their career in this area. Experience in international arbitration would be advantageous.
Experience required:
- Qualified in England & Wales
- 2-5 years’ PQE gained at a leading commercial litigation practice.
- Strong experience in commercial disputes, with banking disputes experience being advantageous
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
