We are looking for an ambitious structured finance lawyer to join the highly regarded London finance team of a global law firm in their London office. This is an excellent opportunity for an England & Wales qualified lawyer with 2–4 years’ PQE to work as part of a market-leading team known for developing innovative structures across the full spectrum of structured finance and derivatives products. The team combines deep technical expertise with a commercial and solutions-focused approach, advising on complex and challenging transactions across a broad range of debt financing arrangements.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide variety of structured finance and capital markets products, including securitisation, structured capital markets transactions, standalone bond issues, commercial paper, GDRs, EMTN programmes, convertible bonds and repackagings.

Experience required:

  • Qualified in England & Wales
  • 2-4 years’ PQE gained at a leading structured finance practice
  • Exposure to securitisation, structured finance or debt capital markets transactions
  • Ability to provide clear, practical advice
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
