City law firm has a new opening for a Private Equity Associate to join its highly banded corporate team. Applicants must have at least 2 years’ PQE gained in the UK jurisdiction as a lawyer trained and qualified with a leading corporate team. Experience needs to include minority and majority growth investments, complex high value Private Equity sales and investments and representing PE funds on cross border buy side / sell side deals.
