An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join an Elite US firm on an interim basis, supporting a market leading corporate IP and technology team on a high-profile workload within one of the market’s leading transactional practices.
They are seeking an experienced lawyer with a strong background in Corporate IP, ideally combined with exposure to IP and TMT matters within complex corporate transactions. This is a rare chance to step into a top-tier international platform and work alongside highly regarded practitioners on sophisticated, fast-paced matters from day one.
You will join a market-leading team on a 3–6 month assignment, supporting on transactional corporate IP and technology deals and working on high-quality, high-value matters in a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will be a qualified lawyer with strong Corporate IP experience; however, additional experience across IP and Technology matters is highly desirable. You will also be comfortable operating in a transactional, deadline-driven environment and be available to start at short notice.
