A highly regarded specialist residential conveyancing practice is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer (3+ PQE) to join its close-knit team in Camberley.

The Role:
You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales & purchases
- First-time buyers
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Transactions up to approximately £2m
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or fully regulated CILEX professional
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Comfortable managing files independently
- Looking for a long-term opportunity within a smaller, supportive team
Working Arrangements:
- Office-based in Camberley
- Hybrid working available DOE (up to 2 days from home following onboarding)
- First 3 months office-based
- Genuine work-life balance with standard working hours and minimal late working
