A highly regarded specialist residential conveyancing practice is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer (3 PQE) to join its close-knit team in Camberley. The Role: You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales & purchases
  • First-time buyers
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Transactions up to approximately £2m

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or fully regulated CILEX professional
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing files independently
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity within a smaller, supportive team

Working Arrangements:

  • Office-based in Camberley
  • Hybrid working available DOE (up to 2 days from home following onboarding)
  • First 3 months office-based
  • Genuine work-life balance with standard working hours and minimal late working
