A local authority based in London is seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer for an initial period of three months.
The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer will advise on all aspects of adult social care law including COP, vulnerable adults, ordinary residence, mental health, NRPF and judicial review. You will also advise on challenges to decisions on eligibility for services, assessments and care plans. You must have a broad adult social care background to be considered.
Candidates applying for the role must have a current practising certificate and be admitted in England and Wales. This is an urgent requirement so you must be able to start a role on no more than two weeks’ notice.
